As teachers we often face the challenge of helping our students apply what they have learned in our language courses to academic courses when they leave our programs. This is particularly true with academic writing. This webinar will focus on resources and ideas for teaching advanced writing. First, we will look at typical academic writing tasks to see how grammar features work together in these tasks. Then we will look at resources and activities that can be used to more effectively help our advanced writers successfully meet the demands of academic writing.
