TESOL International ELT Leadership Management Certificate Program at TexTESOL Conference offers participants a unique opportunity to attend the highly program that is exclusively available at TESOL International Conventions.
A detailed description of the program is available on TESOL International’s Website.
“It’s no secret that most in our field have had to go through the challenging experience of moving into administration from a faculty position with little to no training in management. As a novice language program administrator, when I heard about The ELT Leadership Management program from TESOL International, I jumped on it for this very reason. The opportunity to attend was one that I found invaluable. It was wonderful to be able to train with highly experienced, well-known administrators in the field like Dr. Fernando Fleurquin. The chance to interact with the other program participants was great for networking and learning about the practices of peer institutions as well.”
